At WORX, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free return policy, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Window:
Customers have 14 days from the date they receive the product, to initiate a return for a refund.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition.
The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any other included materials.
Return Process:
Contact Us: To initiate the return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide your order number, a photo of the condition of the product, and the reason for the return.
Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Refund: Once the returned product is received, inspected and meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.
Non-returnable Items:
Items that have been used, opened, or are not in saleable condition cannot be returned.
Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Faulty Goods (Australian Consumer Law):
If the product is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law, regardless of whether the product is used or opened. Please see our warranty page for more details.
Exclusions:
This return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
