At WORX Australia, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy for all relevant information on delivery, freight charges, tracking, and insurance.

 

Freight charges for orders under $99 – Australia Wide:

  • Accessories – $7.50
  • Power Tools – $11.00
  • Garden Tools – $17.50

For online purchases of multiple products, a delivery discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

 

Delivery Locations:

We currently only deliver to Australian addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

 

Dispatch Timeframe:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday).
  • During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, there may be slight delays.
 

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Expected delivery time is typically 2–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that remote or rural areas may experience extended delays.
  • In cases of back-ordered items, we will notify you immediately, and the item will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.
 

Tracking Your Order:

  • All deliveries can be tracked using online tracking systems.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
  • We use Australia Post, StarTrack, and TNT for our deliveries.

Insurance:

  • We offer insurance on all orders to cover any damage or loss during transit.
  • Important: Any freight that arrives damaged must be reported to WORX within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made after this period may be rejected by the carrier.
 

Courier Deliveries:

  • Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.
  • Goods left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • If you have any special delivery requirements, please inform us before dispatch to ensure your needs are met.
