Shipping Policy

At WORX Australia, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, and delivered throughout Australia.

Freight Charges – Australia Wide

Standard delivery costs are as follows:

Accessories – $7.50

Power tools – $11.00

Garden Tools – $17.50

WX051 Pegasus $25.50

LANDROID Robot Lawn Mowers – $19.95

For online purchases of multiple products, a delivery discount is calculated at checkout.

At WORX Australia we currently only deliver to Australian addresses. 

All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.

Dispatch Timeframe:

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday).
  • Please note, during busy periods such as holidays or promotional sales, there may be slight delays.

 

Delivery Timeframe:

Expected time of delivery is typically 2-10 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that if there is a back-order, if you are located rurally this may cause an extended delay.

We aim to do same or next day dispatch for all in-stock items that are purchased from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is impossible for us carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet the above timelines, delays may occur due to the nature of eCommerce logistics, especially during peak periods such as Christmas or public holidays.

For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, we recommend using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.

Insurance

We offer insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing during transit. Any freight that is damaged in transit or arrives damaged must be reported to Worx within 24 hours of taking delivery. Claims made out side of 24 hours may be rejected by the carrier.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect parcels before signing for them, if a damaged parcel is signed for insurance may be void. Please sign STC (subject to checking) if packaging has been damaged to ensure appropriate claims can be made.

Courier Deliveries

Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.

Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.

Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
